AI Business Analyst & Change Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst and Change Manager to drive AI adoption across business units. Working on a 12‑month extendable contract, you will act as the bridge between Business AI Champions and the AI IT team, translating business challenges into feasible AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business AI Champions to identify, capture and prioritize AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops that turn business problems into clear AI requirements.
• Assess business value, feasibility, risks and dependencies of proposed AI projects.
• Produce functional specifications, business cases and process analyses.
• Work closely with AI architects, data scientists and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Support change activities such as communication, training and adoption planning.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security and data‑management standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Change Manager or similar role.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements, model processes and manage stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience guiding organisational transformation and technology adoption.

Required skills

• Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Prompt Engineering and AI Governance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI and OpenAI services.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
