About the role
The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Fundsight teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate handling of a wide range of administrative tasks. This part‑time position requires juggling multiple responsibilities, often under tight deadlines, while supporting both internal staff and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day administrative duties, including data management and filing.
- Interact with external service providers, administrators, and vendors.
- Prepare meeting minutes, agendas, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage diaries and appointments.
- Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, directing them appropriately.
- Welcome visitors at all seniority levels and handle incoming mail.
- Support client projects as requested by the Sales team.
Required profile
- Minimum Bac+2 qualification in Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Driving licence and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
