Account Manager – German Market

About the role

Mylar Specialty Films is looking for an experienced Account Manager based in the UK or Luxembourg to lead and grow our customer portfolio in Germany and across EMEA. You will be the primary commercial contact, driving revenue growth and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main commercial liaison for new and existing customers in the assigned region.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with global and regional business strategies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
• Prepare 18‑month rolling sales forecasts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance profitability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven account management experience in technical films, plastics or a similar B2B technical industry.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel 30‑60% domestically and within the EMEA region.
