Yield Support Agent (Part‑time)

About the role

LuxairTours is seeking a part‑time Yield Support Agent to join its Yield Support department. The role focuses on flight load management, price configuration, capacity optimisation and last‑minute offer coordination across multiple airline systems.

Key responsibilities

• Load flights and configure prices on Midgard, Blank and BTOS systems.
• Conduct short‑term (up to 1 month) and mid‑term (up to 3 months) weekly capacity reviews, identifying upgrades, downgrades, consolidations and additional flights.
• Participate in weekly network coordination meetings and support flight‑plan definition for upcoming seasons.
• Publish and manage Last Minute offers for LGIT packages, define destinations, calculate final prices and monitor reservations.
• Support marketing actions by calculating start prices for leaflets, reviewing price adjustments and ensuring online content (banners, newsletters, social media) is accurate.
• Define and follow up on destination‑of‑the‑week/month on social media and manage Negospace/Negofare definitions in Altea for travel‑operator partners.
• Update weekly dashboards for package price comparisons, review room allotments, and attend periodic meetings with Contracting, Product Management and Revenue Management teams.
• Handle back‑office tasks such as phone/email requests, Kronos seat‑map setup, flight discrepancy follow‑up and error‑list checks.

Required profile

• Secondary diploma (BAC) or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with solid understanding of market demand and competition.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French and/or German proficiency is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Ability to follow established procedures and methodologies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with airline systems: Midgard, Blank, BTOS, Altea, Kronos seat‑map.
