Web Strategist (m/f/d)

About the role

Join PwC Luxembourg’s Marketing & Communications team as a Senior Web Strategist. You will shape and optimise the firm’s digital presence, ensuring the website remains a strategic business asset, highly discoverable and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve external websites, coordinating updates, content changes and landing page creation across stakeholders.
• Define and execute web strategy, including SEO, AI‑driven search experiences, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Monitor website, content and SEO performance, analyse user behaviour and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Advise stakeholders on SEO best practices and identify opportunities to improve discoverability across search engines and large language models.
• Improve user journeys, navigation, content architecture and overall website effectiveness through data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Management, Communication, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, SEO or web strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and propose strategic actions.
• Fluency in English and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Deep knowledge of SEO principles, search engine behaviour and optimisation techniques.
• Proficiency with tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics and heat‑map tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, web development concepts and technical website architecture.
• Understanding of UX principles and best practices for website design.
