VP&C Compliance & Business Integrity Lead

About the role

Vodafone’s Procurement & Connectivity division is looking for a senior leader to shape and manage its compliance and business integrity function. The VP&C Compliance & Business Integrity Lead will define strategy, oversee the compliance management system and ensure regulatory change is addressed across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a risk and compliance strategy for VP&C, including the design, rollout and maintenance of the compliance management system (CMS).
• Provide governance, monitoring and reporting on CMS performance to senior stakeholders, Risk Committee and Audit Committee.
• Promote compliance awareness through advocacy, communications, training and influence across the business.
• Lead the response to emerging and existing compliance risks, ensuring they are adequately monitored and mitigated.
• Report on the adequacy of compliance and risk programmes to senior leadership and board members.
• Drive adherence to the Code of Conduct and core compliance obligations throughout VP&C.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years senior experience in compliance, risk, assurance or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives, board members and functional heads.
• Strong commercial understanding and experience with supply‑chain and roaming risk environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and a role‑model attitude.
