UX/UI Designer – SharePoint Online

About the role

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to create user‑centric intranet experiences on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. You will translate business needs and user journeys into intuitive, accessible designs that enhance collaboration across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements and user journeys to develop effective UX/UI solutions.
• Design layouts, navigation structures, and interaction patterns for intranet components.
• Produce wireframes, mock‑ups, interactive prototypes and comprehensive design guidelines.
• Build reusable UI elements using HTML, CSS and SharePoint frameworks.
• Ensure designs are accessible, responsive and consistent across devices and assistive technologies.
• Maintain design systems and UI standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee accurate implementation.
• Support usability testing and drive continuous design improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing UX/UI for web or portal solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise in front‑end UI implementation.
• Proven ability to deliver accessible and responsive designs.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
