UX Researcher & Designer for Enterprise Applications

About the role

We are seeking a UX Researcher & Designer to join our design team in Luxembourg. You will help shape a suite of enterprise applications that support lending activities, turning user insights into intuitive, high‑fidelity designs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct generative user research through interviews and observational studies to uncover needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Gather and analyse business and user requirements.
• Plan and facilitate usability testing on Figma prototypes and live applications.
• Synthesise findings into actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design user flows, information architecture, and high‑fidelity wireframes/mockups in Figma.
• Work within and continuously improve an existing enterprise design system.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design for complex B2B or internal applications.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Experience designing enterprise, B2B, or internal business applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with applications built on or integrated with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365.
