Transaction Support Associate

About the role

The Transaction Support Associate will work across investment, finance, legal, tax and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of private market transactions from committee approval to closing. The role combines analytical rigor with stakeholder communication to support fund operations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support deal structuring, due‑diligence coordination and transaction execution.
• Present investment opportunities and updates to boards, committees and other stakeholders.
• Lead capital calls, distributions, expense monitoring and liquidity management.
• Coordinate operational processes across investment, finance, legal, tax and compliance functions.
• Produce accurate, timely performance reporting for investment teams and investors.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and leverage data analysis and AI tools to improve processes.
• Manage multiple priorities in fast‑moving transaction cycles while maintaining accuracy.

Required profile

• ~3 years of experience in private markets, fund management, transaction services or audit (internships or early‑career roles) in Luxembourg.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with experience handling complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background with quantitative or technical exposure (Finance, Business, Engineering, Audit, Law, Tax, etc.).
• Full professional fluency in English.
