Technical Project / Program Manager - Enterprise Imaging

About the role

The Technical Project / Program Manager – Enterprise Imaging will drive large‑scale healthcare technology initiatives in Luxembourg, focusing on the implementation and optimisation of enterprise imaging platforms. You will coordinate technical teams, clinical stakeholders and vendors to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that enhance imaging workflows and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare IT projects and programmes centred on enterprise imaging solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including clinicians, technical staff, vendors and operational groups.
• Oversee implementation activities such as testing, deployment preparation, cut‑over planning, go‑live execution and post‑launch stabilisation.
• Support AI and machine‑learning initiatives aimed at automating imaging workflows.
• Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clear communication between project teams, senior leadership and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager or similar role within healthcare IT.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale healthcare technology implementations.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience handling timelines, budgets and dependencies.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise imaging solutions such as Epic Radiant, Sectra, PACS, RIS or AI/ML imaging platforms.
• Deep understanding of healthcare IT implementation methodologies and end‑to‑end project delivery processes.
