Technical Officer (UAS/ISR Engineering & Logistics)

About the role

The Technical Officer will support the lifecycle management of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms within a mature industrial environment. The role combines engineering, acquisition, certification and logistics responsibilities to ensure operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from concept to in‑service support, ensuring compliance with NATO standards.
• Oversee acquisition, procurement, certification and training activities for UAS/ISR systems.
• Coordinate maintenance, configuration control, quality control and logistics supply‑chain processes.
• Plan and execute logistics support, including spare‑parts management and supply‑chain optimisation.
• Capture and specify technical and logistic requirements, addressing airworthiness and continuing certification needs.
• Lead project management activities, monitoring schedules, budgets and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum three years of engineering project management experience.
• At least five years of experience with technical and logistic requirements for UAS/ISR systems.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.
