Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) acts as a trusted advisor for Luxtrust’s customers, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, successful technology adoption and proactive communication of product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact and first‑level escalation after Customer Care.
• Monitor service quality and SLAs, organise quarterly customer meetings, and drive contract renewals and improvement plans.
• Provide technical and functional guidance, keep clients informed of roadmap evolutions, and promote upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with sales.
• Organise and animate Customer User Groups and workshops at least twice a year, collecting feedback and ensuring follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical account management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SAML and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and SLA management.
• Familiarity with eIDAS Regulation, electronic identities and trust services.
