Team Leader Operations – NATO Logistics

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Team Leader Operations to oversee multinational logistics activities. This role combines strategic planning, coordination of air and ocean transport, and the implementation of NATO logistics policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for planning and executing commercial transportation, including air and ocean shipments.
• Apply NATO Military Multinational Logistics policies and procedures to all operational activities.
• Develop resourceful solutions to logistical challenges and monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare clear, precise reports and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 6 years of related experience, or secondary education with 7‑10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, focus on performance goals, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of NATO Military Multinational Logistics policies and procedures.
• Very good knowledge of commercial transportation practices, especially air and ocean operations.
