Strategy Project Manager – Banking

About the role

Join Banque Internationale à Luxembourg as a Strategy Project Manager, driving the execution of the bank’s strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders to shape and deliver projects that support the bank’s long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, plan and support the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the bank’s strategic plan.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders across all levels to structure and prioritize initiatives.
• Research markets, competitors and macro‑economic trends to produce concise analyses and recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations and updates for the Board of Directors and Executive Management.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects as required to support the strategy function.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• 3‑5 years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or a Big‑4 firm.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented team player with a results‑driven mindset.
