Specialist Treasury

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist Treasury to join our corporate treasury team at our Luxembourg headquarters. The role involves managing daily cash operations, supporting financial risk models and providing insightful market analysis in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control cash positions, manage cash transfers and prepare related reporting.
• Execute treasury transactions such as investments and foreign‑exchange trades.
• Prepare daily mark‑to‑market, executive committee and KPI reports.
• Administer standby letters of credit, security deposits and bank guarantees.
• Oversee KYC documentation workflows for account opening/closing and payment platform access.
• Maintain ISDA agreements and monitor related documentation.
• Enhance Excel and PowerPoint models, including macros, VBA and SQL data imports/exports.
• Support internal financial risk models and tools development.
• Monitor currency pair movements and comment on economic trends for FX and money markets.
• Provide backup for team members as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance with a focus on risk management, asset management or capital markets.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate treasury or a financial institution.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, ACI, ACT or ICMA are a plus.
• Knowledge of market regulations (EMIR, MiFID) and trade finance processes.
• High integrity, confidentiality and ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including macros, VBA and SQL integration).
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
