ServiceNow Technical Specialist – Permanent

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join our IT Support department. You will be responsible for ensuring the ServiceNow platform runs smoothly, aligns with business needs, and supports our users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise the ServiceNow development strategy and evolution roadmap.
• Supervise the implementation of solutions for ServiceNow and the Service Portal.
• Design and implement dashboards, workflows and related items.
• Provide advice to promote platform adoption and stay updated on new capabilities.
• Deliver technical expertise and support for the ServiceNow environment.
• Manage platform security, access controls and overall cloud application ownership.
• Act as CMDB manager, leading its strategy, implementation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures and processes for ITIL services.
• Liaise with third‑party partners responsible for platform maintenance and development.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology with relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• Extensive experience with ITIL platforms, ideally ServiceNow.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Performance Analytics and reporting.
• Ability to create, maintain and follow ITIL platform procedures.
• Highly organised, meticulous and methodical in delivery.
• Familiarity with IT system management (access policies, updates, monitoring).
• Previous experience in a financial institution is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
