Service Preparation Specialist (Luxembourg)

About the role

As a Service Preparation Specialist you will join Tesla’s Service Preparation Team in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for preparing and triaging customer repair requests, using standardized processes and advanced diagnostic tools to ensure a smooth onsite experience for both customers and workshop teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and triage all repair requests according to Tesla’s standardized workflow.
• Engage directly with customers to capture and document a comprehensive understanding of their concerns.
• Set clear expectations before appointments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify and resolve service requests that can be handled remotely, reducing the need for physical visits.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all Tesla vehicle products and diagnostic processes.
• Determine required parts for simple repairs and own the end‑to‑end resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate with other service teams to ensure a seamless service journey.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals.
• Digitally savvy and quick to adopt new systems and tools.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German or French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic understanding of automotive repair techniques is beneficial but not required.
