Senior Transfer Agent – Fund Administration

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Transfer Agent to join its Fund Administration practice. You will work with a portfolio of international clients investing in alternative asset classes, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international clients across varied alternative asset classes.
• Process investor transactions such as drawdowns, distributions, and transfers, including related payments and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain AML/KYC documentation for individuals, companies, trusts, foundations, and regulated entities.
• Respond promptly to client queries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Identify process improvements and propose mitigating actions.
• Support other fund operation teams as required.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in fund administration, transfer agency, or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of alternative fund structures and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high service standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
