Senior Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

Resultance is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain transformation projects. You will work directly with clients to diagnose inefficiencies, design best‑in‑class strategies and implement solutions that deliver measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle supply‑chain transformation from diagnosis through implementation.
• Identify cost, service‑level and agility levers and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Design demand, production, inventory and logistics strategies aligned with client goals.
• Leverage ERP, BI and digital tools to accelerate data‑driven decision‑making.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, translating complex insights into clear recommendations.
• Coach junior consultants and support client teams to ensure sustainable impact.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in consulting or supply‑chain roles.
• Proven track record delivering cost‑optimization and operational improvement projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid project‑management capabilities.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field; APICS certification a plus.
