Senior Project Manager – Strategic Communications

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of high‑impact strategic communication projects. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver strategic communication initiatives from concept through completion.
• Develop and apply project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies tailored to dissemination projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor timelines, performance metrics, and quality outcomes, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Manage resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and project integrity.
• Drive portfolio planning, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational priorities.

Required profile

• Degree in International Relations, Project Management, Political Science, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of senior project or program management experience, preferably in communications.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level; additional languages are a plus.
