Senior Project Manager (Part‑time, 50%)

About the role

Our client, a prestigious European institution based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Senior Project Manager on a part‑time (50%) freelance basis. The role supports the institution’s strategic transformation, green and digital transitions, and the financing of projects across the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Report on vision, business, digital storylines and ensure alignment with the Group’s strategic transformation ambition.
• Monitor risks and issues, providing early identification and mitigation.
• Organise and prepare monthly Value Chain Committee (VCC) meetings, including agenda, scheduling and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with VCC members, maintain documentation, actions and decisions logs, and share outputs via MS Teams or VC Smartsite.
• Facilitate review and update of VCC Terms of Reference and maintain stakeholder lists.
• Engage with core members and other VC PMOs to ensure standardisation and share best practices.
• Coordinate VC capacity and budget requests, support budget preparation and monitoring of budget utilisation.
• Assist in demand management, maintain the VC Projects Catalogue and Roadmap, and report on pipeline progress.
• Conduct regular quality controls on the demand management pipeline and propose improvements.
• Manage change communication and reporting for the VC.
