Senior Project Manager – Lead Complex Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives from initiation through to closure. The role demands strong leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders while ensuring projects align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs and provide financial reporting.
• Define and run effective governance structures (SteerCo, project committees, reporting).
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
• Control scope, change requests and priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, both internal and external.
• Ensure alignment with quality standards and delivery commitments.
• Provide clear, structured reporting to senior management and sponsors.

Required profile

• Significant real‑world experience as a Project Manager with demonstrable deliveries.
• Proven track record in project planning, budgeting, governance and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Methodical, results‑oriented mindset with experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Nice to have experience in IT, digital or transformation projects and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.).
