Senior Project Manager

About the role

Our banking client in Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple software workstreams. The position is hybrid, with three days on‑site and two days remote, and runs initially until December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle across squads, from technical architecture and Kanban flow to production deployment.
• Manage cross‑application dependencies, monitor progress, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present status and management reports as needed.
• Coach the team, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large enterprise or banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Kanban, WIP management and flow metrics.
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear business‑level status and risk communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, synthesis, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
