Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation through delivery. The role demands strong leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs and produce financial reporting.
• Define and run project governance structures such as Steering Committees and regular reporting.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Control scope, change requests and priorities while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to achieve delivery commitments.
• Provide transparent reporting to senior management and sponsors.

Required profile

• Significant real‑world experience as a Project Manager with a proven record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively, make decisions and work methodically.
• Experience in IT, digital or transformation environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Budget and financial control, risk and issue management, governance.
