Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact projects from initiation through closure. The role demands strong leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders while ensuring projects align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial reporting.
• Define and run effective governance structures such as Steering Committees and project reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Control scope, change requests, and priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Provide transparent reporting to senior management and sponsors.

Required profile

• Significant real‑world experience as a Project Manager with demonstrable deliveries.
• Proven ability in project planning, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Methodical, results‑oriented mindset.
