Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from inception to delivery. The role demands strong leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders while ensuring projects meet business objectives and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial reporting.
• Define and run effective governance structures such as Steering Committees and project reporting.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Control scope, handle change requests, and prioritize work.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, both internal and external.
• Provide transparent reporting to senior management and sponsors.

Required profile

• Significant real‑world experience as a Project Manager with demonstrable successful deliveries.
• Proven ability to manage planning, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Methodical, results‑oriented mindset with a structured approach.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
