Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead and oversee complex, end‑to‑end projects in the investment‑fund domain, ensuring they meet quality, timing and budget expectations. You will act as the main liaison between users and development teams, aligning project objectives with business goals and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as point‑of‑contact between the user community and development team, managing communications and transition activities.
• Analyse user requirements and produce functional specifications for the Fund Reporting Repository module.
• Identify data duplication, define relocation specifications to SERAPIS and CLM core applications.
• Develop and specify new online reports (KPIs, project progress) linked to the Fund Reporting Repository.
• Perform impact analysis for the Front‑to‑Back instruction tool (NOW project) on the repository module.
• Coordinate ticket implementation, releases, and testing activities, including non‑regression tests.
• Maintain data glossary, user guide and produce project documentation (business case, charter, test cases, etc.).
• Assist in conceptual data modelling and use‑case creation for a Middle Office solution.
• Support design and execution of testing for the Middle Office solution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of investment‑fund operations, share classes, NAV, risk‑sharing instruments and front‑to‑middle‑back office information exchange.
• Proven experience in data‑migration projects and end‑user report development.
• Project‑management certification (PMI, PRINCE2 or similar) is a plus.
