Senior Project Manager – Data Centres

About the role

Soben, part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, ground‑up data centre projects across Luxembourg and the wider European region. You will own the full project lifecycle, from inception and feasibility studies through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery against cost, schedule, quality, safety and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client interface throughout the project lifecycle, providing strategic advice during inception and feasibility stages.
• Define project success criteria covering programme, cost, quality, technical, safety and operational objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed execution plans, monitor progress against milestones and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensure seamless coordination between design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Drive collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to optimise project performance.

Required profile

• Proven background in construction project management, preferably in data centre, mission‑critical, industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex capital projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a multinational environment.
