Senior Program Manager – Global Environmental Training

About the role

Amazon’s Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the worldwide delivery of Environmental Assurance and Protection (EAP) training. This position will shape and expand global environmental training programs for associates and leaders across Europe and the Rest of World.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall program strategy, set success metrics, and communicate requirements across regions.
• Apply project‑management best practices to drive execution, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously improve program components, provide status updates, and deliver concise summaries to leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic, cross‑functional training initiatives.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders to promote and scale the training program.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale global program or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
