Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement professional to lead and optimise our purchasing activities in Luxembourg. The role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations, and driving continuous improvement across the procurement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate and improve existing procurement workflows for efficiency.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance from operational and contractual perspectives.
• Identify, implement and maintain tools for tracking and measuring supplier performance.
• Verify the quality and consistency of Assignment Terms of Reference (ATORs) used in framework agreements.
• Organise and supervise Call‑Off procedures, manage documentation, track deadlines and maintain official communications with vendors.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, contractual terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of public procurement frameworks and procedures.
• Excellent document control, filing and record‑management capabilities.
• Ability to verify compliance and follow established procurement guidelines.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in project coordination or project‑management environments.
• Background in monitoring and evaluating supplier performance.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
