Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to manage the end‑to‑end procurement and payment lifecycle in our dynamic, international environment. You will ensure smooth procurement operations, coordinate with suppliers, and guarantee compliance with internal policies while working closely with business and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and quality‑check Assignment Terms of Reference (ToR).
• Manage the Call‑Off Procedure in line with procurement policies.
• Initiate and convert purchase requisitions into Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate the full procurement process from request to order placement.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely with finance.
• Monitor procurement activities for compliance with procedures and contracts.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract management, preferably in a multinational or international organization.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑driven.
• Additional language skills are an asset.
