Senior Medical Clerk – NATO Support Agency

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Senior Medical Clerk to join its multicultural team. This position supports clinical administration by ensuring accurate preparation, recording, and management of medical records in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, record, and maintain clinical administrative records in compliance with healthcare documentation standards.
• Utilise Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to enter and retrieve patient information securely.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure terminology accuracy and document consistency.
• Adapt to new digital tools and administrative software as required.
• Support multilingual communication, providing English documentation and assisting with French where needed.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least one year of related experience, or equivalent education plus relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Competence with standard office equipment.
