Senior Financial Analyst – EU Fleet Finance

About the role

Amazon Logistics is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the EU Fleet Finance team. You will be responsible for the financial planning, analysis and cost controllership of the delivery fleet across ten European countries, with a focus on integrating Middle‑Mile tractor and trailer costs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve financial reporting and planning processes for Middle‑Mile fleet costs, including tractors and trailers.
• Lead weekly business reviews, month‑end close, monthly financial reviews and annual planning cycles with minimal oversight.
• Perform controllership activities for fleet CapEx and OpEx during month‑end close.
• Build and maintain financial models to answer complex fleet‑cost questions and support senior leadership decisions.
• Assess long‑term procurement decisions for Middle‑Mile fleet assets.
• Partner with operations, finance and leadership stakeholders across Europe to define and track vehicle operating metrics.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in finance, preferably within logistics, transportation or large‑scale asset management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple reporting cycles and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior leaders.
