About the role
BNY is looking for a Senior Director, Client Executive to lead and expand relationships with large, complex institutional clients in Luxembourg. The role combines strategic planning, revenue growth, and consultative advisory to C‑suite leaders, ensuring the firm’s full suite of solutions meets client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise‑wide strategic plan for existing and prospective client portfolios, focusing on revenue expansion.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and relationship face for senior client stakeholders, coordinating internal partners to deliver a seamless experience.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting.
- Collaborate with product and solution teams to design customized, cross‑product offerings that address client needs.
- Negotiate deal structures, pricing, and contract terms to achieve optimal outcomes for both client and firm.
Required profile
- Extensive experience managing relationships with large, complex institutional clients in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through both deepening existing relationships and acquiring new business.
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to influence C‑suite decision makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.
