Senior DevOps Engineer – Financial Systems (Luxembourg, onsite)

About the role

KEYES is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a major EU financial institution in Luxembourg. The position is fully onsite and focuses on supporting and evolving complex financial systems while ensuring reliable, automated, and secure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support for financial platforms such as WallStreet Suite (TRM), RM‑Derivatives, Murex or similar risk management tools.
• Manage data provisioning, transformation, and database administration across MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL and Azure.
• Design, implement and maintain automation pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform and Kubernetes (including Tanzu).
• Lead medium‑to‑large scale operational projects from definition through delivery, applying agile methodologies.
• Develop scripts and tools in PowerShell, Unix Shell and Python to streamline processes.
• Coordinate disaster‑recovery planning and execute Splunk reporting for system monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Science, Finance, Corporate Governance or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in financial systems support and maintenance.
• Proven experience in technical project management using agile practices.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Tanzu and scripting languages.
