Senior Consultant – Supply Chain Expert

About the role

Resultance is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end supply chain transformation projects. You will work closely with clients to diagnose challenges, design best‑in‑class strategies, and implement solutions that deliver measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle supply chain transformation from diagnosis to implementation.
• Identify inefficiencies and unlock performance levers to improve cost, service levels, and agility.
• Design strategies for demand & production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics excellence.
• Leverage ERP, BI, and automation tools to accelerate decision‑making.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coach junior consultants and support client teams to ensure sustainable impact.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in consulting or supply‑chain roles.
• Proven track record delivering cost optimisation, operational improvements, and end‑to‑end supply‑chain projects.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field; APICS or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic mindset with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
