About the role
NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead and expand relationships with public‑sector clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle and driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships to secure land, expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned public‑sector accounts.
- Pursue leads generated by business‑development teams and minimize churn while maximizing retention.
- Generate demand by identifying client needs and articulating the value of NTT DATA services and solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to achieve required outcomes.
- Utilise company sales tools and methodology to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts.
- Develop open communication channels and act as a trusted advisor for each client.
- Determine optimal solution requirements and coordinate deployment with internal departments.
- Monitor financial governance and compliance within the assigned segment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client‑facing sales roles, preferably within the public sector.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial and financial aspects of client organisations.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and a track record of reducing churn and increasing renewal rates.
- Ability to work independently, manage a portfolio of accounts and meet revenue targets.

- Knowledge of public‑sector procurement processes.
