Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the commercial strategy of a well‑established service provider in Luxembourg. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, identify new market opportunities and forge long‑term partnerships across the local ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Identify, prospect and win new clients across key sectors.
• Build and maintain strong C‑level relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Support brand visibility and strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of business development experience in Luxembourg.
• Extensive network within fiduciary, corporate services, payroll, HR or advisory environments.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
• Fluent in French and English.
