Senior AML Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AML Specialist to join the Compliance team at CSC Fund Management in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for AML/KYC analysis, risk assessments and operational support on investment transactions for our fund management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform AML/KYC collection, analysis and risk assessments for clients, third parties and investment transactions.
• Conduct operational AML/KYC tasks on investment transactions and maintain up‑to‑date KYC data in information systems.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of AML/KYC matters and support regulatory and audit reviews.
• Handle client queries proactively and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding policies and regulatory obligations (CSSF, JFSC, GFSC, etc.).
• Support the Compliance Officer and Risk & Compliance Manager, and coach junior team members.

Required profile

• Diploma in Law, Finance or Business Administration.
• 3‑4 years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, preferably within a fund management or AIFM environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Luxembourg alternative investment fund industry and regulatory framework.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, reliability and commitment.

• Competitive gross salary range €60,000 – €70,000 per year.
• Permanent contract with hybrid work model (3 days onsite).
