Senior Account Manager – Digital Banking Solutions

About the role

Temenos is seeking a Senior Account Manager to partner with financial institutions on their digital transformation journeys. You will help customers unlock the full value of Temenos’ cloud‑native, SaaS‑based banking suite and drive long‑term partnership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate Temenos digital‑first solutions through value‑based selling, building robust business cases and ROI analyses.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their strategies, challenges and growth opportunities.
• Position SaaS, Cloud and subscription propositions, clearly communicating customer value, adoption outcomes and commercial impact.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, renewal and expansion.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts and balance short‑term targets with strategic account growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support cloud readiness, usage expansion and customer success alignment.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, including current market trends and emerging innovations.
• Proven track record of selling high‑value, complex solutions in a B2B environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop strategic account plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior decision‑makers.
