About the role

Vivid Money is expanding its go‑to‑market footprint in Luxembourg and seeks a Senior Account Executive to own outbound pipeline generation and convert inbound leads across its full financial product suite. This hands‑on, hunter‑first position works closely with the Sales Director and offers direct influence on market strategy from day one.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage SMEs, finance leaders, and decision‑makers in Luxembourg.
  • Build a qualified pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner networks.
  • Convert inbound leads into active customers, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to handover.
  • Sell business accounts, treasury solutions, FX, expense management, and team cards.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the local SME landscape, segment dynamics, and competitor positioning.
  • Partner with the Sales Director to refine ICP, messaging, and playbooks.
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in the CRM with accurate forecasting and KPI reporting.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Represent Vivid at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, banking, treasury, or financial services.
  • Proven outbound track record, building pipelines from scratch.
  • Comfortable selling to founders, finance leaders, and C‑level stakeholders at SMEs.
  • Strong commercial instincts, structured thinking, and analytical mindset.
  • Self‑starter who thrives when the playbook is not fully written.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Luxembourgish; German is a strong plus.
