Sales & Recruitment Consultant (360°)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales & Recruitment Consultant (360°) to join our Temporary Staffing division in Luxembourg. This role combines client development, relationship management and recruitment delivery, allowing you to build your own client portfolio and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients across Luxembourg, mapping target organisations and identifying new business opportunities.
• Generate opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and outbound client development activities, arranging meetings with decision makers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through placement, sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates for temporary assignments.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding, delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients.
• Develop specialist knowledge within banking, insurance, accounting and finance recruitment, monitoring market trends and acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• 1-3 years of sales experience in Luxembourg, preferably in staffing, consulting or service businesses.
• Exposure to banking, insurance or finance clients is preferred.
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
• Resilient and capable of generating opportunities independently.
