About the role

Avaloq is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the European wealth management and private banking market, focusing on Germany and Austria. You will join the Sales & Key Account Management team, reporting to the Head of Sales, and work closely with leading financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and close high‑value sales opportunities for Avaloq’s core platform, digital and “as‑a‑Service” products.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging key stakeholders in private banking, wealth and asset management firms.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare business cases, and coordinate meetings and workshops with prospects.
  • Drive sales projects to contract signing and manage multi‑site sales strategies for international accounts.
  • Provide market feedback to product, pre‑sales and solutions teams to influence product development.

Required profile

  • Proven track record of generating profitable new business in the financial and wealth‑management sector.
  • Experience with complex deal structuring, including technology and operations lift‑outs.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with senior decision‑makers.
