Sales Manager – Europe

About the role

As the Sales Manager for Europe, you will lead the growth of LIAD products in the dosing and color measurement market. Reporting to the VP Engineering and CISystems and administratively to the Managing Director Europe, you will build and expand relationships with both new and existing customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts, acquire new customers and expand the distribution network.
• Develop sales strategies in collaboration with functional management.
• Create and present results‑focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base.
• Evaluate demographics, pricing, distribution channels and marketing outlets.
• Conduct secondary research using industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts.
• Generate reports analysing competition and customer behaviour.
• Provide insights on product potential and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within an industrial, multinational environment.
• Proven experience selling auxiliary equipment for the plastics industry.
• Strong knowledge and practice of sales techniques.
• Technical product knowledge and hands‑on experience.
