Sales Associate – Luxury Watch Boutique

About the role

Join the prestigious Rolex boutique in Luxembourg City as a Sales Associate. You will deliver an exceptional, memorable experience to customers while representing world‑class watch brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level sales service and after‑sales assistance to boutique visitors.
• Build authentic, long‑term relationships with clients from the first greeting to follow‑up.
• Maintain customer portfolios, conduct follow‑ups, and manage the boutique’s CRM system.
• Handle daily inventory tasks, ensure boutique standards, and support store operations.
• Promote the brand culture internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Assist management in upholding guidelines and service standards.

Required profile

• Sales‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in at least three languages among Luxembourgish, German, English, and French.
• Secondary school diploma; higher education is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interest in luxury watches and the market.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
