Regulatory Risk Manager, Associate

About the role

BlackRock Luxembourg is seeking a Regulatory Risk Manager, Associate to join its local risk team. You will work closely with the global Risk & Quantitative Analysis (RQA) group to monitor and manage risks across the firm’s UCITS and AIF funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Risk Management in implementing and maintaining local risk policies, procedures, and systems.
• Provide regular risk reporting to the management company, highlighting current risk levels and compliance with limit frameworks.
• Prepare, aggregate, and quality‑control risk‑related data for internal and external reporting.
• Participate in global and regional risk‑management initiatives as a member of the RQA function.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or risk reporting within a financial services organization.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS and/or AIFMD regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
