Regional Manager for Western & Northern Europe

About the role

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales and relationship management across Western and Northern Europe. Based in Luxembourg City, you will act as a brand ambassador for LuxSE, promoting its listing, trading and sustainable finance services to senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent LuxSE at C‑Suite and senior management level, communicating the exchange’s values and offerings.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy that balances financial results with client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Head and internal teams to define tactics for attracting new issuers and market participants.
• Monitor market trends, conduct research, and identify new product opportunities and customer needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients, exploring strategic partnerships where appropriate.
• Increase LuxSE’s visibility through active participation in industry associations, conferences and forums.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a related field.
• Extensive experience in business development or sales within market infrastructure or securities services.
• Proven track record in European debt capital markets, preferably covering EU and UK.
• Strong network of contacts in Northern and Western financial institutions and corporates.
• Ability to engage C‑level audiences and work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
• Additional European language skills are a plus.
