Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Are you interested in a recruitment role where you can make a real impact on the growth and culture of the company? This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle for both local and international vacancies, and collaborating with external agencies and educational institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for local and international vacancies
• Create, publish and update job advertisements
• Coordinate and monitor external recruitment agencies and partners
• Review applications, select suitable profiles and conduct telephone interviews
• Plan and coordinate each stage of the candidate selection process
• Maintain and further develop the company’s careers page
• Establish, monitor and evaluate recruitment-related KPIs
• Plan and participate in career fairs and recruitment events
• Organize visits to schools and maintain relationships with schools and universities

Required profile

• A degree or comparable qualification in human resources or business administration
• Initial professional experience in recruitment
• The ability to work independently, methodically and in a well‑organised manner
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A very good command of German, French and English
