About the role
As a Receptionist – Workplace Experience Coordinator at CBRE, you will be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors in a designated building in Capellen, Luxembourg. You will deliver a world‑class customer service experience while supporting day‑to‑day workplace operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols.
- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and create presentations for various audiences.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders and coordinate mail, office‑supply, and onboarding services.
- Respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers, providing courteous solutions.
- Organise on‑site events, including space reservation, set‑up, tear‑down, and supply delivery.
- Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties.
- Coordinate with external vendors and communicate detailed information within the team.
Required profile
- Bilingual in French and English.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Strong communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
- Strong organisational mindset with an inquisitive attitude.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
