Proposal Coordinator & Writer Trainee

About the role

Join PwC's dedicated proposal response team as a Proposal Coordinator and Writer Trainee. You will work closely with business development, subject‑matter experts, and marketing professionals to transform expertise into compelling client proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure on‑time client submissions.
• Gather, organise, and maintain content such as credentials, CVs, client references, and approved knowledge assets.
• Draft, edit, format, and proofread proposal sections for clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
• Partner with experts to translate complex information into structured responses.
• Maintain tracking tools, action logs, and dashboards to provide visibility on progress and milestones.
• Support proposal meetings, document decisions, and help ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Available for a 6‑month internship.
• Strong written English, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for document creation and formatting.
